We ship our products only within the United Kingdom (UK) via Royal Mail.
The order cutoff time is 14:00 GMT.
Order processing before shipment takes 1 business day.
Puzzlarium offers 2 shipping methods: Express & Standard.
Transit times per shipping method:
- Express: 1-2 business days
- Standard: 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs per shipping method:
- Express: £4.99
- Standard: Free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, the rate is £2.99
Tracking Your Order
Can't wait for your order to arrive? We've got you covered!
Tracking codes and shipment tracking links are automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You can track your shipping status via the link included in the email. Use the tracking code we sent you in the shipping confirmation email (which you should receive after your order has been dispatched) to find out how close you are to your new product!

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. If you believe the address is incorrect in any way, you must notify us immediately so we can update the details before fulfilment.
Returns
When you place an order with us, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. The return must include an order number as well as your name and address so we can quickly identify it as yours.
